Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a residential service in the Swansea valleys. You will assist residents with daily living, encourage participation in activities, and help with personal care and health needs.

The role involves community outings, medication support, and fostering independence. A full UK manual driving license is required, and DBS checks are funded. 18+ only, with 35 hours per week and a rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving License is essential.
• Experience in care and support is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and routine for the people in the service.
• Promote independence and help residents lead a fulfilling life.
• Support health care needs, accompany to appointments, administer medications as needed.
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks (cooking, cleaning).
• Encourage development of life skills through activities and hobbies.
