Cae Eithin is a female-only residential care home near Swansea. Keys Group is hiring a Support Worker to assist three adults with complex mental health needs. The role covers daily routines, encouraging independence, and helping with personal care, medications, budgeting, and activities.

You will be involved in health support, safeguarding, onboarding, and ongoing professional development with qualifications offered. This role welcomes applicants over 18.

Cae Eithin is a female-only residential care home in Llangyfelach, just outside Swansea, supporting three adults with complex mental health needs, including dual diagnosis. As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
