Job summary

Careers Wales Connect is seeking an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential) to inspire and support clients in Wales. The role is digital-focused, based anywhere in Wales with office attendance as required, and involves guiding job seekers, students, and adults into work or training.

You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rota covering 9am–5pm. The position offers flexi time, 31 days leave, a contributory pension and health cash back.

Qualifications

• Welsh language skills are essential for the role.
• Experience providing information and advice to clients.
• Ability to work from home with occasional office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire clients to secure the best possible career.
• Provide information and advice to help clients manage their careers.
• Assist with CVs and job searching activities for those returning to work or changing jobs.
• Help clients achieve sustained positive outcomes (education, training, employment).
