Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to provide outstanding service at the first point of contact for customers in Neath. You will respond to enquiries, supply accurate information and help foster positive relationships with customers.

The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with occasional evenings, mornings and weekends, based at Neath College. A Level 2 in Customer Service and GCSE English/Maths are required, with IT literacy and Excel knowledge; Welsh

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).
• IT literate to level 2 with working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to communicate in Welsh at an advanced level.
