Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking an enthusiastic individual to promote inclusive learning and support learner success at Neath College. The role is part-time, fixed-term until 7 May 2027, 30 hours per week with a salary scale of £29,209–£31,455 per annum, pro rata to £23,682–£25,504.

Evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends are required. Experience delivering workshops or learner engagement activities is ideal; level 2 English/Maths and IT Level 3 (MS Office/MS Teams) are

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification (HND or equivalent) and experience delivering workshops or learner engagement activities.
• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and IT literate to Level 3 (MS Office and MS Teams).
• Experience in a library or teaching setting would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote inclusive learning and support learner success.
• Collaborate with learners, families and staff to enhance engagement and participation.
