Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking a Study Support Assistant to join our student support team at Neath and other campuses. We are looking for someone with a friendly personality who can help create a supportive environment for our students.

The role is Band B, 19–24 hours per week, permanent and part year, 37.8 weeks per annum, with a pro rata salary of £11,207–£25,949 per annum. Opportunities for flexible working and pension schemes are available.

Job description

Are you passionate about supporting others? We are looking for Study Support Assistants to join our student support family. This role would be suited to someone with a friendly personality and someone who is eager to create a supportive environment for our students.

Scale 2, Points 14-16, £25,949 - £25,949 per annum, pro rata. (Equivalent to £11,207 - £11,207 per annum)

Band B. 19 - 24 hours per week (may include evenings and weekends).

Permanent, part time, part year, 37.8 weeks per annum.

NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College to also provide support at Afan, Llandarcy and Pontardawe College).

About you: We would like you to apply if you have a level 2 qualification in English and Maths and you are IT literate to Level 2 with working knowledge of MS Office.
