You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, ensure stock availability and maintain visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates and deliver confident store leadership.
• Comfort using digital tools and technology for store operations and customer support.
• Commitment to health and wellness principles and product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
