Champneys, a luxury wellbeing brand, seeks a Chef de Partie to own their section and mentor junior chefs within a wellness-focused kitchen. You will work closely with senior chefs to elevate nutritional, flavourful dishes while maintaining the highest standards.

Competenze

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar senior commis role.
• Ability to mentor junior chefs and develop technical skills.
• Strong understanding of wellness-focused cuisine and dietary considerations.

Mansioni

• Prepare and present dishes to Champneys standards with consistency and creativity.
• Own your section and coach Commis Chefs in their development.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to continuously improve kitchen standards and performance.
• Develop understanding of dietary requirements, allergens and ingredients.
• Build knowledge of nutritional value and wellness focus of menus.
• Maintain hygienic and well-organised working environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, Front of House and resort teams.
• Assist cost control through stock management and budgeting awareness.
• Support Front of House with menu knowledge and guest interaction.
• Respond to guest queries to enhance guest experience.
