Job summary

Boots is seeking a Wellness Specialist for our in-store team to champion wellbeing at every touchpoint. You will guide customers through routines and products to support physical, mental, and emotional health, creating personalised, empowering experiences and maintaining store presentation.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will deliver expert advice, use open questions to uncover needs, and collaborate with the team to provide holistic wellness solutions both in-store and online.
