Boots UK is seeking a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor to guide customers with expert product knowledge on the shop floor. Full training is provided, including our Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2). You’ll help customers find solutions that improve wellbeing and confidence daily.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness.
• Warm, approachable manner and confident to start conversations with customers.
• Ability to put customers at ease when discussing healthcare needs which may be sensitive.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
• Team player that contributes to store success.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with omni-channel offering.
• Prepared to complete Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness brands with expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience.
• Ask open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions and products.
• Interact on the shop floor to connect with customers and support their diverse health needs.
• This role has no commission-based target; focus on team success.
• Support to complete Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).
• Keep shelves well stocked, cleaned and tidy throughout the day.
