Job summary

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor in Wolverhampton. You will work on the shop floor, delivering personalised experiences, sharing expert advice, and guiding customers to products that meet their wellness needs.

You’ll receive full training and have the opportunity to complete our Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2), helping you thrive in a supportive team environment focused on customer wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness.
• Warm, approachable manner and confident to start conversations with customers.
• Able to put customers at ease so they feel comfortable sharing health needs.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with omni-channel offering.
• Prepared to complete a Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).

Responsibilities

• Support all health and wellness brands with expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience every time.
• Ask open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions and products.
• Interact on the shop floor to connect with customers and support sales through quality service.
• Keep shelves well stocked, clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Assist with completing the Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).
