Job summary
Boots is looking for a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor to help customers on the shop floor with expert product knowledge and personalised care. Full training is provided, including Healthcare Training Programme NVQ2, and you’ll support health brands while delivering a warm, trusted service.
No prior experience required, though enthusiasm for health, a friendly approach, and the ability to discuss sensitive health needs are valued.

- Ability to discuss sensitive health needs with customers.
Responsibilities
- Support all health and wellness brands with unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience.
- Ask open questions to understand needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions and products.
- Provide expert product knowledge on in-store and Online Doctor services, referring to the dispensary or pharmacist where needed.
- Maintain well-stocked, tidy shelves and deliver a helpful, friendly service to customers.
- Complete the Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2) as part of your development.
