Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor in a customer-focused role on the shop floor. You will provide expert product knowledge and compassionate service to help customers find exactly what they need, while receiving full training.

You will support wellness brands, ask open questions, and guide customers to holistic solutions, including in-store and Online Doctor services. Training is provided to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness.
• Warm, approachable manner and ability to start conversations.
• Able to put customers at ease sharing healthcare needs.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, focused on customer experience.
• Willing to complete Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).

Responsibilities

• Support all health and wellness brands, giving expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience.
• Ask open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions, including in-store and Online Doctor services.
• This is an interactive, people-focused role—use sales and communication skills daily to connect with customers.
• This is a sales-based role, but without competitive commission; team success is the goal.
• Complete a Healthcare Training Programme at NVQ2 level.
• Keep shelves stocked, clean and tidy throughout the day.
