Boots UK in the United Kingdom is hiring a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor. You’ll be on the shop floor delivering personalised health advice and supporting customers with expert product knowledge, with full training provided.

You’ll complete our Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2) and learn about in-store and Online Doctor services while helping customers feel healthier and more confident in their choices.

Responsibilities

• Support all health and wellness brands, giving expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers have the best experience.
• Use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions, including in-store and Online Doctor services; refer to dispensary/pharmacist as needed.
• This is an interactive role—use sales and communication skills daily to connect with customers and support diverse health needs.
• It is a sales-based role, but focused on team success with no commission.
• Support completing Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).
• Keep shelves well stocked, cleaned, and tidy throughout the day.
