Job summary

Bupa Sutton Lodge Care Home in Weybridge is seeking a part-time Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator to bring energy and joy to residents. You will plan and run daily activities, manage the activities calendar within a budget, and coordinate with external performers for days out.

You’ll also arrange one-to-one sessions and support the home’s social media presence. This role is 22.5 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with pay from £13.30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas.
• Able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork.
• Capable of prioritising tasks as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Producing and updating an activity planner within a set budget.
• Organising birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaising with local community performers for events.
• Organising one-to-ones with residents (talks, reminiscence tools).
• Supporting home social media as required.
