Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator for weekends at Stamford Care Home in London. The role involves running activity sessions, planning an activities calendar within a budget, organising residents' celebrations, and coordinating community events.

You will also connect with residents one-to-one and assist with social media updates. The position is part-time with a permanent contract, offering a friendly, resident-focused environment where health and wellbeing are prioritised

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas and ability to drive activity with limited budgets.
• Able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork while prioritising tasks.
• Flexible, friendly and capable of engaging residents in wellbeing activities.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within the home’s activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents and plan days out/events with local performers.
• Arrange one-to-one sessions with residents using reminiscence tools, reading or chats.
• Support the home’s social media updates as required.
