Job summary

Bupa Weybridge Sutton Lodge Care Home is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator to create a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for residents through a variety of activities tailored with the care team. You’ll organise arts, crafts, baking, reading clubs and quizzes, and develop personalised plans that support independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas and energy.
• Able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork.
• Interested in caring for others and spreading enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within the home budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and local performers for events.
• Organise one-to-ones with residents, using reminiscence tools or chats.
• Support the home with social media channels as required.
