The role involves running morning and afternoon activity sessions, updating the activity planner within a set budget, organising birthday celebrations, coordinating external entertainers, and assisting with social media channels as needed.

• You can manage budgets and maintain paperwork efficiently.
• You can prioritise tasks and stay organised in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions for residents.
• Produce and update an activity planner within a set budget.
• Organise birthday surprises and coordinate events with external companies.
• Arrange one-to-ones using reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading or chats.
• Support the home’s social media channels when required.
