Job summary

Bupa is seeking a creative Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator for The Lindsay Care Home. You will run daily activity sessions, manage the activity planner and budgets, and support residents with engaging experiences that enhance wellbeing.

The role blends community engagement with care duties, offering a supportive team, DBS-cost coverage, and opportunities to contribute to a vibrant home environment.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with budgeting and paperwork skills.
• Experience coordinating activities in care or community settings.
• Ability to engage residents and organise events.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Tailor activities to residents; include events, arts, outings and community visits.
• Create and update an activity planner within budget.
• Support residents and encourage participation.
• Arrange birthday surprises and coordinate events.
• Coordinate with external performers and local groups.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner duties when needed.
• Organise one-to-one reminiscence, reading or chats.
• Update paperwork, care plans and emails.
• Support home social media channels as required.
