NEOM Wellbeing in Guildford is seeking a Store Manager to own day-to-day operations of our standalone store, lead a passionate team, and deliver exceptional wellbeing-focused experiences.

You will drive commercial success, coordinate events, and partner with Marketing, Operations and Education to grow store performance while upholding NEOM's values.

The role requires weekday/weekend availability, travel to events, and a commitment to inclusivity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team.
• Background in health and beauty essential.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop others.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven commercial focus to drive store performance and footfall.
• Ability to plan, organise and execute store operations.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of day-to-day store operations and teams.
• Lead events, partner with local businesses and run in-store activations.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff with focus on wellbeing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences rooted in wellbeing.
• Develop and execute events plans to support monthly activations.
• Identify opportunities to support people and planet through partnerships.
• Champion inclusivity, volunteering, and community engagement.
