Job summary

Catch22 is seeking a multi-skilled Wellbeing Practitioner based primarily in Portsmouth and Havant, with possible travel across Hampshire. The role supports adult male ex-offenders across pathways including emotional wellbeing and social inclusion.

You will help service users access support, build daily living skills, and advocate for them with multi-agency partners to engage with treatment and related professionals. The post may involve collaboration with HMPPS and other partners.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to access appropriate support.
• Increase capacity for daily living activities.
• Advocate for service users with multi-agency partners to engage with treatment and other professionals/services.
• Contribute to delivery of Justice Services objectives in line with the team.
