Job summary

Catch22 is recruiting a Wellbeing Practitioner for the Personal Wellbeing service covering Cornwall and Devon. The role is based in Cornwall and supports adult males in the Criminal Justice System, working with partner agencies to promote wellbeing and access to services.

The post requires a driving licence and basic education, with DBS and vetting checks. It is a permanent role, 38 hours per week, with a closing date of 25 September 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions.
• Deliver skills training to foster self-confidence and daily living activities.
• Advocate for service users with multi-agency partners to engage with treatment.
• Collaborate with HMPPS, voluntary sector and other Criminal Justice organisations.
