Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Officer to lead a dedicated Student Services wellbeing offer across campuses in Aylesbury, Amersham and Wycombe. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Wellbeing Officer to join our Student Services team. These additional posts have been created to strengthen our wellbeing, outreach and inclusion provision, ensuring learners receive timely, effective and student-centred support. Reporting to the Director of Student Services, you will lead and coordinate the College's wellbeing offer across all campuses. You will play a key role in supporting disadvantaged, vulnerable and at-risk learners, removing barriers to engagement, promoting positive wellbeing, and helping students achieve successful outcomes and progression. What You'll Do:
You will have experience of supporting young people or vulnerable learners within an education, wellbeing, youth work or community setting, together with experience of coordinating or supervising staff, projects or services. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships and manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
