Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a highly capable Faculty Director - English and Maths to lead and improve English and Maths provision across Aylesbury, Amersham and Wycombe. Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an exceptional Faculty Director - English and Maths to lead ambitious, inclusive English and Maths provision across Aylesbury, Amersham and Wycombe, with genuine College-wide influence. As a member of the College Leadership Team, you will drive improvement in GCSE and Functional Skills delivery, embed essential skills across the curriculum, and lead a high-performing faculty through innovation, qualification reform and AI-enabled learning. This is a full-time leadership role (37 hours per week) working across our campuses and reporting directly to the Vice Principal - Curriculum & Quality.
