Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a dedicated SEND support role to assist learners with EHCPs as they transition from school to college and beyond across Amersham and Wycombe campuses.

The role focuses on coordinating EHCPs, building partnerships with schools and local authorities, and delivering engaging transition activities that promote employment, independent living and community participation. It is a full-time position with strong CPD opportunities.

Join our dedicated SEND team and play a key role in supporting learners, particularly those with EHCPs, as they transition from school to college and beyond. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) working across our vibrant Amersham and Wycombe campuses.

What You'll Do

  • Support smooth and successful transitions for learners with SEND.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, families, local authorities, and external partners.
  • Coordinate EHCP consultations, reviews, and transition planning.
  • Organise engaging transition events for prospective students and families.
