Job summary

St Marys Chanterlands Lodge in Hull is seeking a Wellbeing Lead to enrich residents' lives through engaging activities and social events. You will tailor plans to individual interests, create an inclusive atmosphere, and help residents sustain hobbies while exploring new ones.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
  • Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
  • Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
  • Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
  • Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
  • Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
  • Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement

Job Description: Wellbeing Lead

Location: St Marys Chanterlands Lodge, 340 Chanterlands Avenue, Hull

Job Type: Permanent, Shift patterns 10am-3pm, alternate weekend working

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Wellbeing Lead, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by:
