Job summary

St Marys Lodge is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Team Leader Nights to support residents in a luxury Hull home. You will lead and mentor the night team, deliver dignified, person-centred care, and ensure safety and comfort across shifts.

• Delivering exceptional care supporting residents with daily living while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Leading and supporting the night team, guiding new starters and creating a confident night shift.
• Providing personalised support including physical, emotional and spiritual care.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional care supporting residents with all aspects of daily living while maintaining dignity and comfort
• Leading and supporting your team supervising junior staff, guiding new starters, and helping build a confident, capable night team
• Providing personalised support including physical, emotional and spiritual care
• Supporting residents with mobility needs using aids effectively and ensuring safety
• Monitoring residents with confusion or behavioural needs offering reassurance and stability
• Promoting continence and wellbeing
• Supporting end of life care ensuring comfort, dignity and compassion
• Completing and reviewing care plans keeping accurate records in line with company policies
• Encouraging hobbies and social activities helping residents stay connected and engaged
• Responding to calls and communication including nurse call systems, telephone and door accessLiaising with GPs nd managers ensuring seamless, high quality care
