Job summary

St Mary's Care Group is seeking a warm, creative Wellbeing Lead for Adel Square Care Home in Leeds. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, create a welcoming social environment, and support residents’ hobbies and wellbeing.

Join a team that values dignity, respect and personalised care, offering training, progression and a supportive workplace as you help residents live well and enjoy daily moments.

Qualifications

• Warm, approachable and positive attitude.
• Ability to plan engaging activities aligned to residents' interests.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.
• Create a warm, inclusive and social environment for all residents.
• Support residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones.
• Organise social events, seasonal celebrations and community involvement.
• Coordinate outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety.
• Work closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing.
• Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
