Job summary

St Mary’s Lodge in Hull is seeking a Wellbeing Lead to enrich residents' lives through planned activities and social engagement. This part-time role (18 hours per week) requires warmth, reliability and a creative approach to wellbeing, with some evenings and weekend work.

You will work with care staff and families to foster meaningful interactions, support hobbies, organise events, and help residents stay connected with their community.

What You’ll Be Doing
