Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section and uphold the Champneys wellness dining experience. You will report to the Head Chef, support the Sous Chef, and inspire the broader team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities include managing your section, ensuring dietary requirements are met, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and driving cost control while sustaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior chef de partie role.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and nutrition standards.
• Passion for healthy, wellness-focused cuisine.
• Excellent organisation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and lead your section.
• Coach junior chefs and inspire the team.
• Prepare and present dishes to high standards.
• Manage stock, cleanliness and organisation.
• Control food costs and reduce waste.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Collaborate with front-of-house for guest experiences.
