Champneys Tring is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a luxurious, wellness‑led kitchen. You will prepare dishes to high standards, lead your section and mentor junior chefs while collaborating with senior staff to elevate kitchen performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury kitchen.
• Strong cooking and plating skills.
• Ability to support and coach commis chefs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting dishes to Champsneys standards with consistency and creativity.
• Taking responsibility for your section and coaching junior chefs.
• Working with senior chefs to improve standards and kitchen performance.
• Developing understanding of dietary requirements, allergens and ingredients.
• Building knowledge of nutritional value and wellness focus of menus.
• Maintaining a hygienic working environment.
• Communicating with kitchen, Front of House and resort teams.
• Supporting cost control via stock usage and budget awareness.
