Job summary

Champneys Mottram Hall is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join a luxury wellness-focused kitchen in the Mottram Hall resort. You will prepare dishes to the highest Champneys standards, ensuring creativity, consistency and meticulous attention to detail.

You will also mentor Commis Chefs and work with senior chefs to continually raise kitchen performance. The role requires developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and the nutritional value of wellness-focused menus, while

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare and present dishes to high standards.
• Good communication with kitchen and FOH teams.
• Ability to coach and develop Commis Chefs.
