Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity. As an Operations Manager at Twickenham FWC, you’ll lead operations in a busy leisure club, working 40 hours per week with a salary up to £37,500 depending on experience.

You’ll bring an operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry, hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor, and ideally a health and safety qualification. You’ll recruit and develop teams, drive standards, and embed a sales mindset to support member

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure or hospitality operations management.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor.
• Ideally holds a health and safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and internal audit requirements.
• Support the General Manager with technical support and guidance.
• Continually improve site standards.
• Embed a sales mindset into duty management and reception teams.
• Nurture teams’ confidence and pride to promote services to members.
• Recruit and develop colleagues to meet quality and commercial goals.
