Job summary

Nuffield Health Wimbledon Fitness & Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, engage with members, and support colleagues in delivering a top-tier fitness experience.

The role includes managing opening/closing of the club, health and safety oversight, and opportunities to contribute to sales targets. Lifeguard duties may be required and training provided onsite.

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction; engage with our members; foster happiness and build relationships
• Lead by example; support and guide colleagues while upholding high quality standards
• Conduct tours for prospective members; highlight benefits of Nuffield Health
• Oversee health and safety protocols; address issues swiftly and effectively
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site; covering Lifeguard breaks

Duty Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club Nuffield Health Wimbledon Fitness & Wellbeing Club

Contract: Permanent, Full time. Salary: Up to £28,868 per annum depending on experience. Working hours: 40 hours per week.
