Job summary

Benridge Care Homes at Asmall Hall is seeking a skilled Chef to prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet high standards and resident satisfaction. You will work alongside the Wellbeing Coordinator to cater for group events and ensure dietary requirements are met.

You will present food to a high standard, monitor and maintain consistent food quality, and adhere to HACCP procedures and cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide food for events across the group
• Provide dietary requirements to meet residents' needs
• Present food to a high standard
• Monitor and maintain consistent food standards during production and service
• Adhere to HACCP procedures per Food Safety Management documentation
• Maintain the company's regulatory framework and cleaning procedures
• Ensure quality control and hygiene systems are achieved
• Aim for minimum waste
