Job summary

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Coordinator to support 11-17 year olds in overcoming barriers to learning and to contribute to their emotional and social development.

The post is permanent and part-time, working 32.5 hours per week during term-time, with a salary of £21,320 - £23,502 per annum. You will work with external agencies and safeguarding responsibilities are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Work 32.5hours per week, term-time only.
• Play a role in fostering students' well-being and academic success.
• Work closely with Head of Year, senior leader, and external agencies.
• Design and implement tailored support programmes to improve behaviour, attitudes, and engagement.
• Develop one-to-one mentoring relationships and group interventions to support students' learning and personal development.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs and enhance social and emotional well-being.
• Assist with the smooth transition of students at key stages in their educational journey.
• Maintain accurate records, including safeguarding-related actions, and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.
