Job summary

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Coordinator to support 11-17 year olds in overcoming barriers to learning. You will design tailored support, mentor students, and work with external agencies to promote wellbeing and engagement.

Qualifications

• Support 11-17 year olds to overcome barriers to learning.
• Foster student wellbeing and academic success.
• Collaborate with Head of Year, senior leader, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored wellbeing support programmes.
• Develop one-to-one mentoring and group interventions.
• Coordinate with families to address individual needs and social-emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with transitions at key stages in students' educational journey.
• Maintain safeguarding records and confidentiality.
