Job summary

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Coordinator to support 11-17 year olds in overcoming barriers to learning. You will design tailored support, mentor students, and work with external agencies to promote wellbeing and engagement.

• Work closely with Head of Year, senior leader, and external agencies.

• Develop one-to-one mentoring relationships and group interventions to support students' learning and personal development.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs and enhance social and emotional well-being.
• Assist with the smooth transition of student at key stages in their educational journey.
• Maintain accurate records, including safeguarding-related actions, and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.

  An actual salary of £21,320 - £23,502 per annum (Band 4, Scale Points 11-17)
