Job summary

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to support 11–17 year olds. The role is permanent and part-time, based in Mansfield with term-time only working.

You will design tailored wellbeing programmes, coordinate with external agencies, and mentor students to enhance engagement and outcomes. The salary ranges from £21,320 to £23,502 per annum, band 4, and includes generous benefits and CPD

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored wellbeing support programmes for students.

At All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, we are looking for an experienced, committed driven Wellbeing Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This is a permanent, part-time role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development of our students within a welcoming school environment grounded in Catholic virtues.

About Us

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy is a secondary school and is located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, with an Ofsted-rated 'good' school. We are part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together 35 Catholic primary and secondary schools in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

You will:

• Work 32.5hours per week, term-time only
• Play a role in fostering students' well-being and academic success.
• Work closely with Head of Year, senior leader, and external agencies.
• Design and implement tailored support programmes to improve behaviour, attitudes, and engagement.
• Develop one-to-one mentoring relationships and group interventions to support students' learning and personal development.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs and enhance social and emotional well-being.
• Assist with the smooth transition of student at key stages in their educational journey.
• Maintain accurate records, including safeguarding-related actions, and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.
