Job summary

All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to support 11–17 year olds. The role is permanent and part-time, based in Mansfield with term-time only working.

You will design tailored wellbeing programmes, coordinate with external agencies, and mentor students to enhance engagement and outcomes. The salary ranges from £21,320 to £23,502 per annum, band 4, and includes generous benefits and CPD

Qualifications

• Experience supporting wellbeing in a school environment.
• Ability to work term-time only and manage busy schedule.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored wellbeing support programmes for students.
• Develop one-to-one mentoring and group interventions to support learning and personal development.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs.
• Maintain accurate safeguarding records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with transitions at key stages in students' education journey.
