Job summary

PA Housing seeks a coordinator for its Housing for Older People schemes on a six-month fixed-term basis. The role involves building relationships with residents, organising community activities, and delivering intensive housing management including home visits.

The post is hybrid with a 28-hour week; a driving licence and a DBS check are required due to home visits. The role feeds into investment planning with Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, neighbourhood management or tenancy management.
• Experience working with residents, including older people or vulnerable adults.
• Ability to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents across Housing for Older People schemes.
• Organise and support community activities and engagement events.
• Provide intensive housing management including home visits and tenancy sustainment support.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns for vulnerable residents.
• Manage enquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor repairs, estate services and the condition of communal areas.
• Complete and maintain iPEEPs.
• Work with Asset Management to assess schemes and support investment planning.
