Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is expanding its wellbeing team and seeks a part-time Wellbeing Officer to organise community activities and promote residents' independence. You will collaborate with our schemes and external providers to fund and run inclusive programs, aligned with support plans and safeguarding policies.

You will engage residents, co-produce activities, and report on outcomes, while building strong partnerships to support access to services and move-on readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging residents in schemes and communities.
• Experience gaining funding from internal and external sources.
• Trauma-informed approach when working with people with complex needs.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and policy adherence.
• Ability to co-produce activities with residents and partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run wellbeing groups and activities to promote independence.
• Coordinate with community investment team and external providers for funding.
• Ensure activities align with support plans and promote community integration.
• Maintain activity records and track trends to optimise engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for Great Places Housing Group in communities.
