Housing 21 is seeking a Resident Experience Co-Ordinator for the West Midlands. You will design and deliver meaningful activities for residents, promoting social inclusion and fun, co-produced with residents.

You will partner with external stakeholders to boost community engagement and help develop engagement procedures. The role requires a good understanding of older residents, relevant digital skills, and the ability to manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable people and supporting residents.
• Ability to plan and deliver themed activities/events for diverse groups.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality activities and social inclusion for residents.
• Engage with external partners to promote community involvement.
