Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to design and deliver meaningful wellbeing experiences that promote joy, connection and dignity for residents. You will champion the Happieness & Wellbeing framework, lead activities, and develop person-centred plans with a dementia-focused approach.

You will collaborate with the Home Manager and lead ambassadors to embed a whole-home wellbeing strategy, run 1:1 sessions, and build community links while managing a small activity budget and

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent).
• Confidence using technology.
• Energetic, compassionate and creative.
• Natural people-person who can light up a room.
• Passionate about wellbeing, inclusion and person-centred care.
• Confident leading activities, from group sessions to 1:1 time.
• Organised with ability to make magic happen consistently.

Responsibilities

• Work with Home Manager and Dementia leadership to implement Advinia's Happieness & Wellbeing programme.
• Build community links and promote events like Intergenerational sessions and Open Days.
• Develop a calendar of person-centred group activities and plan individualized 1:1 sessions.
• Manage the activity budget and coordinate resources, outings and fundraising.
• Conduct risk assessments for activities and outings and review regularly.
• Support Dementia Friends and signposting to relevant services.
