Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to foster a joyful, inclusive culture and deliver meaningful activities for residents. You will champion the Happieness & Wellbeing programme and act as a Dementia Ambassador within the home.

You will design engaging sessions, plan life story work, manage budgets, and strengthen community links while maintaining person-centred care.

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English required.
Experience in dementia care or wellbeing-focused roles.
Good IT skills and confidence using technology.
Energetic, compassionate and creative mindset essential.
Natural people-person able to engage residents effectively.
Passion for wellbeing, inclusion and person-centred care.
Ability to lead activities from group sessions to 1-1 time.

Responsibilities

Engage with Home Manager and Dementia Ambassador to implement wellbeing programmes.
Develop a varied calendar of activities aligned to residents' interests.
Plan and deliver 1:1 sessions and life story work for personalised care planning.
Manage activity resources and assist with budgeting and fundraising.
Build community links and promote intergenerational and cultural events.
