Job summary

Trinity Catholic School in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated pastoral support worker to assist the Inclusion Coordinator, Mental Health Lead and SENCO. You will deliver interventions for students with social, emotional and mental health needs, and build mentoring relationships to support their development.

You will work with external agencies and families, maintaining safeguarding records and confidentiality, while contributing to a Catholic ethos focused on holistic student development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tailored support for students with social, emotional, behavioural or mental health needs.
• Ability to design and deliver one-to-one mentoring and group interventions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to address individual needs and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate safeguarding records and confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

Job description

Working with the Inclusion Coordinator, Mental Health Lead, SENCO and Heads of Year, you will assist with day to day pastoral support as a key worker for identified students. You will devise and deliver interventions to support students with social, emotional, behaviour and/or mental health needs. • This is a permanent part-time role. You will be working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only.
