Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Manchester, IA! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and upfit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control, and "Keeping America’s Roads Safe!"

Night Shift - 3:30pm to 1:30am, 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a Welder of truck-mounted equipment, you will be responsible for consistently producing high-quality weldments using blueprints or documentation to meet daily schedules and customer demand. Welders set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines, weld with or without fixtures, and may use various tools to cut, grind, bevel, fit metals, and remove slag. You will perform maintenance, ensure quality, participate in training, perform daily 5S activities, and maintain safety standards.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

• Ability to weld parts using GMAW MIG
• Ability to read blueprints, basic shop math, and tape measure reading skills
• Ability to operate overhead hoist
• Minimum of 6 months of experience and/or an associate degree or certification
• Adherence to health and safety rules and good housekeeping (5S)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, standing
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding smoke at times
