Job summary

Kinetic plc in Widnes is actively seeking a time-served Fabricator/Welder to join the engineering team on a permanent basis. You will MIG weld to a high standard and fabricate light to medium gauge metal directly from working drawings.

The role requires a City & Guilds Parts 1,2 & 3 in Fabrication & Welding (or an equivalent NVQ), the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a focus on quality and accuracy in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret working drawings.
• Time served / qualified Fabricator / Sheet metal Worker as required by the role.

I am looking for a time served - Qualified to City & Guilds Parts 1,2 & 3 in Fabrication & Welding (or equivalent NVQ), you must be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to manufacture directly from working drawings. Fully conversant in light to medium fabrication. Hours - 38 ½ Hour Mon - Thurs 07.30-16.30, Friday 7.30 - 12.00 noon Rate - £16.27 p/hr.
