Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking skilled Fabricator Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business for long-term work on bespoke steel fabrication. You will work on large industrial vessels and fabrications across various industries, with a 7:00am start and a real chance to contribute to diverse projects.

The role requires strong MIG/MAG/TIG welding skills, ability to read engineering drawings, and a reliable, detail-focused attitude.

We are currently recruiting for Skilled Fabricator Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in the West Midlands.

The company specialises in bespoke steel fabrication and the manufacture of large industrial vessels and fabrications, working across a range of industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fabricator Welder looking for a long-term position with a reputable engineering business.

The Role

• Fabricating steel components and structures
• Various welding works (MIG and TIG experience)
• Working from engineering drawings
• Measuring, marking out, cutting and preparing materials
• Welding and assembling fabricated components
• Checking finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workshop

The Person

We are looking for skilled and experienced Fabricator Welders who can hit the ground running.

You should have:
