Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator for a permanent, full-time role. You will weld, fabricate and assemble components to drawings in a busy workshop, with a competitive hourly rate.

The ideal candidate has MIG and TIG welding skills, reads engineering drawings, can work independently or in a team, and takes pride in quality workmanship in a safe, clean environment.

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, Days

Are you an experienced Welder Fabricator looking for a stable, long-term position with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business?

We are currently looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator to join a busy workshop in Birmingham.

The Role

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated and welded components from drawings and specifications.

Your duties will include:

• MIG welding mild and stainless steel
• TIG welding where required
• Fabrication and assembly of components
• Working from engineering drawings
• Measuring, marking out and cutting materials
• Using workshop machinery and hand tools
• Ensuring all work meets required quality standards
• Carrying out finishing and dressing of welded components
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have:
